SPONSORSHIP OF THE PPVPP
PPVPP is primarily sponsored by its volunteers. The program is supported, both organizationally and financially, by a group of dedicated volunteers who offer their time, services, and donations to keep the program running. The volunteers make donations and participate in fundraisers to try to make money to cover the costs of the program.
Positive Paws, Inc. also helps to sponsors the program by recruiting new volunteers, providing access to a meeting and training room and providing classes to help train volunteers to prepare for the program and evaluations.
THE FACILITIES
THAT THE PPVPP VISITS
The VPP is able to visit most facilities that contact us. The VPP make monthly visits to regular facilities and the volunteers are available to make random visits for special events.
Mostly facilities contact the program to schedule visits but occasionally we receive requests from individuals to visit somewhere that they have a relative or for a special occasion.
